Order and Payment

Bank Transfer Payment:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Browse and Add to Cart the items that you desire.
  3. Simply review your order and choose Direct Bank Transfer as your preference, then click Place Order.
  4. After you have placed your order, the invoice and order number will be sent to your email.
  5. Transfer the payment to the account number on the invoice and place your order number in the transfer if possible.
  6. Confirm your payment by text us on +62 852 7484 8029 or send an email to order@iyeng.id
  7. We will send received payment confirmation to your email within max 1 x 24 hours once your payment has been received.

PayPal Payment:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Browse and Add to Cart the items that you desire.
  3. Simply review your order and choose PayPal as your preference, then click Proceed to PayPal.
  4. After you have placed and choose PayPal as payment method, the invoice and order number will be sent to your email.
  5. Payment must be made within 2 x 24 hours. If there is no payment made in the time frame given, your order will automatically expire.
  6. Confirm your payment by send an email to order@iyeng.id
  7. After payment has been received, a received payment confirmation will be sent to your email along with tracking number within max 1 x 24 hours once your payment has been received.

Credit Card Payment

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

  1. Login to your account
  2. Browse and Add to Cart the items that you desire.
  3. Simply review your order and choose PayPal as your preference, then click Proceed to PayPal. Choose “ Pay with Credit card or debit card”  
  4. Choose “No, I don’t want create an account now” if you don’t want to create paypal account
  5. After you have placed and choose PayPal as payment method, the invoice and order number will be sent to your email.
  6. Payment must be made within 2 x 24 hours. If there is no payment made in the time frame given, your order will automatically expire.
  7. Confirm your payment by send an email to order@iyeng.id

Western Union Payment:

  1. Browse and Add to Cart the items that you desire.
  2. Simply review your order and choose Western Union as your preference, then click Place Order.
  3. After you have placed and choose Western Union as payment method, the invoice and order number will be sent to your email.
  4. Confirm your payment by send an email to order@iyeng.id and attach the copy of Western Union.
  5. After payment has been received, a received payment confirmation will be sent to your email along with tracking number within max 1 x 24 hours once your payment has been received.

Shipping

We will send your orders through POS INDONESIA.

A few recommendations to save money on the shipping fee:

  1. If you have relatives that live in Indonesia or visiting Indonesia who want to help you carry the package, we will send your order through your relatives for free.
  2. If you want to use your own courier, then this free shipping is not applicable. Your order could not be sent before we receive the exact amount of payment for your order and your chosen shipping courier.
  3. If you have any plans to stay in Indonesia during 2 weeks, tell us. We will send your order without any fee charged when you are in Indonesia.

Processing Order

Indonesia Ethnic has rights to not process your order if for any reason we cannot validate your payment due to incomplete payment or no payment confirmation. If an errors occurs during ordering and you have purchased an out of stock item, we will refund immediately.
